Intellectual property policy

Suppliers must own or have appropriate permission to publish photographs, text, trademarks, designs and other protected material. The presence of a brand name, a company listing or a submitted certificate does not establish authorization or endorsement. Product photographs are not a license to reproduce them elsewhere.

Rights holders may report specific listings with sufficient identification of their rights and the challenged material. Copyright notices and counter-notices use the Copyright / DMCA procedure. Trademark and other disputes use the general complaint form and should identify the relevant registration or other basis of the claimed right, territory and contested use. The operator may ask for additional information, restrict disputed listings when warranted and consider appeals.

The platform may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. It does not provide legal advice or determine the final ownership of disputed rights. Contact the operator with a reference to any existing complaint so records can be reviewed together.
