Compact Belt Conveyor

CV600 provides a compact flat-belt layout with side profiles and an end-mounted drive concept. It is intended as a starting point for small-part transfer discussions, including how a part enters, where it is detected and how it leaves the module. The image shows the module itself rather than a complete safeguarded machine.

Start with the transferred item

Provide the item’s dimensions, mass, underside material and orientation. Small feet, soft packaging or a shifting centre of gravity can affect transfer behaviour. Samples should cover the range expected in use, including the lightest, heaviest and least stable items.

Agree the interface at each end

The useful conveyor length is only part of the layout. Check the gap to neighbouring equipment, transfer height, side guidance and the action taken when the downstream station is unavailable. Sensor positions and stop logic should be recorded in the same layout as the mechanical interface.

Leave room for routine care

Plan access for belt inspection, tension adjustment and cleaning. The belt material and cleaning method must suit the transferred item and the environment. Electrical supply, control connections and guarding need to be defined as part of the complete installation.

Sample specification

The fictional demonstration model has no published load or speed rating. A final selection requires an agreed transfer test and a confirmed system design.
