Link is a desktop connection concept for workspaces with changing users and devices. The low aluminium enclosure keeps frequently used ports within reach, while the rear edge groups the connections that usually remain in place. The sample layout helps teams agree what belongs on the desk and what can stay out of view.

Define the host devices

A connector shape alone does not establish which display, data or charging functions a host supports. Prepare a list of laptops, operating systems, displays and peripherals to be tested together. Record the required resolution, refresh rate and power arrangement for each approved setup.

Keep the desk understandable

Separate everyday connections from permanent cabling and use a consistent label scheme across desks. Allow enough cable length for comfortable use without leaving loops in circulation routes. A matching cable set and a short connection guide can be included in the proposed deployment scope.

Test a representative desk

Before confirming quantities, build one complete workstation and check start-up, reconnecting after sleep, peripheral behaviour and cable access. Any firmware process, support boundary and replacement plan should be agreed as part of the procurement brief.
