Copyright notice and counter-notice

Purpose
This channel accepts copyright complaints and counter-notices. U.S. DMCA procedures apply where legally relevant; this website page alone does not establish safe-harbor eligibility or agent registration. The operator must publish its actual copyright contact and complete any required designation separately. Other intellectual-property complaints can use the general complaint form.

Submitting a copyright notice
Choose Copyright / DMCA in the complaint form. Provide your name, address, phone number and email, identify the copyrighted work (or a representative list), identify the allegedly infringing material and exact page URLs, and explain the issue. Include your physical or electronic signature. Affirm your good-faith belief that the use is not permitted by the rightsholder, an authorized agent or the law. Confirm accuracy and declare, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the exclusive right involved. Consider licenses, fair use and other applicable exceptions before submitting.

Operator review
A report is acknowledged and reviewed for sufficient information. Where a legally compliant notice requires action, the operator should act expeditiously to remove or restrict access and notify the uploader. The operator may request missing information. Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement; knowingly false material representations may carry legal consequences.

Counter-notices
Choose Counter-notice and include the complaint reference, the material removed and its former URL, your name, address, telephone number and signature. Declare under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable United States federal district court: the district where your address is located, or, for addresses outside the United States, a district where the service provider may be found. Agree to accept service of process from the original notifier or their agent.

Next steps and records
Where the DMCA applies, a compliant counter-notice is forwarded to the original notifier. Access is restored no earlier than 10 and no later than 14 business days after receipt unless the notifier informs the operator of a filed court action seeking to restrain the infringement. The administrator must review applicable deadlines and court information; this software does not decide legal validity or automatically restore content. Appropriate repeat-infringer account termination policies and other statutory conditions must be implemented in actual operation. Notice and counter-notice information may be shared with the other party as required for processing; avoid unrelated sensitive information.
