Supplier agreement

1. Free core service
The platform offers its core supplier profile, product listing and inquiry tools permanently free of platform listing fees, subscriptions and transaction commissions. Optional third-party services, your own domain, hosting, email provider and translation API usage may cost money. The platform does not process payments or provide escrow.

2. Eligibility and accurate information
Apply only for a business you own or are authorized to represent. Keep contact details, product descriptions, country of operation and qualifications accurate. Do not imply that a platform listing or uploaded certificate guarantees authenticity, product quality or regulatory compliance.

3. Products and intellectual property
List only lawful goods you are entitled to offer. Provide accurate specifications, indicative prices, minimum order quantities and lead times. You are responsible for product safety, required registrations, advertising claims and rights to photographs, trademarks and text. Do not copy content without permission or mislead buyers about origin.

4. Inquiries and privacy
Use inquiry contact information only to respond to the requested business discussion. Do not sell buyer information or add contacts to unrelated marketing lists without the required permission. Buyer and supplier negotiate any purchase, delivery, payment and dispute terms directly.

5. Review, moderation and appeals
Applications, products and qualifications may be reviewed, restricted or removed under the published rules. Provide further evidence when requested. Complaints are assessed by the operator rather than automatically deciding disputed rights. You may ask for a review through the complaint channel. Repeated infringement or serious abuse can result in account closure, where appropriate.

6. Your content and departure
You retain rights to your content and permit the platform to host, format, translate when enabled, and display it to operate the service. You may request correction or closure of your account through Contact. Necessary records may be retained for security, legal obligations and unresolved disputes as described in the privacy notice.
