Using the directory
Use this service for genuine business research, product display and communication. Provide accurate account information and keep your password and private conversation links secure. Do not impersonate another company, create deceptive supplier identities or misuse another person's information. Ordinary registration creates a buyer account; supplier privileges require the dedicated application process.
Supplier responsibilities
Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy, currency and lawful publication of their company details, product claims, images, brands and qualifications. Obtain the necessary rights before publishing content. Do not present a limited, expired or unrelated document as proof covering every product. Correct material changes and withdraw unavailable or noncompliant listings. Refer to the supplier agreement, intellectual-property policy and prohibited-products rules.
Prices and transactions
Published prices and converted amounts are indicative, not binding quotes or guaranteed exchange rates. Buyers and suppliers must independently agree on specifications, quantity, payment, taxes, shipping, compliance, warranties and dispute terms. This platform does not take payment, hold escrow, arrange insurance or guarantee performance. Conduct appropriate due diligence and preserve written agreements.
Free core service
Core supplier storefronts, product listings and inquiry tools are permanently free of platform listing fees, subscriptions and commissions. External domain, hosting, email and API providers may charge for their services. This free-service scope does not promise that every possible future add-on or third-party expense is free.
Content and permitted operation
You retain rights you hold in your submissions. By publishing them or sending an inquiry, you permit the operator to store, display or transmit that material as needed for the selected platform function. Do not upload material you cannot authorize, solicit unlawful activity, spread malware, harvest private contacts, send unsolicited bulk messages or interfere with the service. Machine translations may contain errors; review commercially important specifications before relying on them.
Moderation and complaints
The operator may ask for evidence, reject an application, restrict visibility, remove a listing or suspend an account when necessary to investigate misuse or enforce published rules. Moderation approval is not a commercial endorsement or a guarantee that rights and certificates have been conclusively verified. Use the reporting channel to provide specific evidence, refer to the case number when responding and use the copyright procedure for copyright notices or counter-notices. Repeated infringement may lead to termination in appropriate circumstances.
Service limits and account closure
Availability can be affected by maintenance and external services. The platform does not promise uninterrupted access or a successful sale. Users may contact the operator for account closure and data requests; essential records may require retention under the disclosed policy and applicable obligations. Nothing in these template terms is intended to exclude a right or obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before public launch
The operator must complete its identity, contact details, effective date, jurisdiction-specific requirements and applicable dispute process. Demonstration data is fictional and is not a commercial offer. Review the completed terms and privacy notice before using the service.
