What the platform does
We provide account management, product and supplier display, private inquiry records and a reporting channel. Suppliers maintain their own information. Core supplier listing and inquiry features are permanently free of platform listing fees, subscription fees and platform commissions. Third-party domain, hosting, email and API charges are outside that promise.
What a listing means
A listing, moderation approval or displayed qualification is not a guarantee, endorsement, inspection certificate or promise of a successful transaction. A document is supplied by the business concerned and may cover only a specific product, location or period. Confirm authenticity and scope with the issuer and verify the supplier independently.
How business is conducted
The platform does not process payments or act as a party to a buyer–supplier sale. Prices, stock, minimum order quantities, taxes, shipping, samples, compliance and warranties must be agreed directly in a written quotation or contract. Currency conversions are indicative; review the displayed update time and original pricing currency.
Questions and concerns
Use the platform contact form for account or service questions. Product-specific inquiries reach the supplier named in the form. Use the complaint channel for disputed or prohibited content, and the separate copyright procedure for copyright notices and counter-notices. Keep a copy of your private conversation or complaint link and do not share it publicly.

Any listing labeled as demonstration data is fictional. It is not an offer, verified supplier or genuine certificate. The operator must replace demonstration material and complete the real operating identity and contact details before public commercial launch.
