Scope and operator
This notice explains the information handled by this installation. The responsible operator and contact details appear below once completed. The operator must adapt this notice to its actual hosting region, business, retention rules and applicable law before launch; software defaults are not a determination of legal compliance.
Accounts and preferences
Registration stores your name, email address and a one-way password hash. Profile information you choose to provide may include company, country and phone. Session cookies maintain sign-in and protect forms against forgery; optional currency preferences support browsing. Do not reuse a sensitive password from another service.
Supplier and product information
Approved company profiles, contact details designated for public display, product descriptions and approved public qualifications can be viewed by visitors and indexed by search engines. Qualification files are initially private during review. Choosing private visibility or hiding the qualification section prevents public access through the file route, but does not revoke copies someone downloaded while a file was public. Remove unnecessary personal data before uploading a qualification.
Inquiries and conversations
We store the submitted name, email, message, enabled optional or custom fields, product/supplier references, creation time, source page, browser identification and an IP-derived anti-abuse identifier. The selected supplier and authorized platform administrators can access the conversation. Signed-in buyers can access their own inquiries. A guest private link also grants access to its conversation: treat that link as a secret. You may request correction or removal through the operator rather than sending extra sensitive information in the form.
Complaints
Reports may include contact details, precise content locations, evidence, declarations and a signature. Copyright notices and counter-notices can require address and phone information. These are not listed publicly. Administrators may share the necessary information with the affected party or an authorized authority to evaluate a report, handle a lawful process or protect rights. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or unrelated identity documents.
Service providers and optional features
Hosting and database providers process information needed to run this site. When SMTP notifications are enabled, messages and recipient details are passed to the configured email provider. Machine translation sends the selected public content fields and language codes to the configured translation API; it does not intentionally send inquiry messages, passwords or private qualification files. Google Fonts is off by default. Enabling it makes visitors' browsers contact Google's font services, exposing ordinary request information such as IP address and user agent to that provider. Exchange-rate synchronization is a server-side request and does not require sending buyer inquiry data. Provider arrangements and international-transfer safeguards must be documented by the operator where applicable.
Purpose, control and retention
Data supports account access, supplier discovery, inquiry delivery, abuse prevention and complaint handling. Operators must identify the applicable processing grounds, retention periods and any statutory obligations in their published notice. This installation does not silently delete business inquiries after an invented retention period. Authorized administrators handle deletion requests and backups under their actual policy. Deleted records may remain in protected backups until those backups expire; a legal preservation obligation may require limited retention.
Requests and safeguards
Contact the operator to request access, correction, account closure or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Identity verification should be proportionate to the request. Available rights and the relevant supervisory authority depend on applicable law. The platform uses access controls and private file delivery, but no service can promise risk-free storage. Do not send bank passwords, full payment-card data or information unnecessary for a business inquiry.
Notice changes
The operator should publish material changes with an effective date and any required notifications. Review this page and the operator details before creating an account or sharing information.
